Home Nations announces Black Orc Down as headline sponsor

Black Orc Down committed to event partnership for the long-term benefit of coaches attending.

In two short years The Home Nations has firmly established itself on the Blood Bowl calendar as one of the premier, do not miss, events to kick-off the summer season. With the second edition in July there were two hundred and sixty-eight coaches taking part, coming from all over Europe to enjoy a cracking weekend of competition and camaraderie.

All of this was possible in part because of the valued partnership with Black Orc Down over the last two years. Whether it’s the mystery of which nation’s dice are being produced, to the treasured stun coins in the coach gift pack at this year’s event or the beautiful hand-crafted Home Nations trophies Chris, and Black Orc Down, have been more than ready to help ensure the tournament experience is top class.

That’s why The Home Nations are delighted to announce today that they’ve agreed a three-year partnership with Black Orc Down as our headline partners to ensure the event experience continues to grow from strength-to-strength ensuring coaches who come from all across Europe are rewarded with an unforgettable weekend.

When asked about the three-year sponsorship, Chris Ryles, chief orc of Black Orc Down said,

“We’ve enjoyed supporting The Home Nations over the last two years and it’s been quite incredible to watch this new tournament explode onto the scene. Black Orc Down has been proud to support their efforts so far. The vision that Jock presented for the tournament over the next few years is one we wanted to support whole heartedly.
We’re really looking forward to getting the creative juices flowing, especially with the World Cup edition in 2027. As for whether it will be Scotland or England dice next year… well my lips are sealed!”

On confirming the partnership tournament founder and co-Tournament Organiser BB_Jock had this to say,

“Black Orc Down has been a key partner helping us to establish The Home Nations so quickly as a mainstay of the UK and Ireland calendar. We’ve got big plans to enhance the tournament experience and encourage coaches to travel from all over Europe to enjoy the tournament. Black Orc Down is on board to help us deliver and their support over the next three years is going to be invaluable. Watch this space as the partnership with Black Orc Down delivers for coaches.”
