About The Home Nations
Where the Blood Bowl is Spicy!
The Home Nations is the largest NAF approved team event in Europe that uses the Eurobowl ruleset, other than Eurobowl itself! With an expected 288 coaches in Loughborough in the Bowl and the Open in July 2026 this team event has become a firm favourite in the UK & Ireland Blood Bowl calendar
Our Story
Jock was selected to represent Scotland in Eurobowl in the autumn of 2023. At home watching the live broadcast of the Team England Captain's election hosted by Purplechest it struck him that the Auld Enemy should be an exciting annual challenge match. It wasn't long before this idea expanded to involving all of the Home Nations and voila The Home Nations was borne.
Inspired by the history of Eurobowl and with the help of Wobert, co-Tournament Organiser it was felt that we could be offering coaches a tournament experience of the Eurobowl and Europen on their doorstep. In the inaugural year the event sold out with 120 coaches across the Bowl and the Open
